1. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all! As long as we have secure access (via key or code), our team can clean while you’re away.
2. How do you determine the final price?
Pricing is based on square footage, location (zip code), and the condition of the home. You’ll receive a custom quote before confirming your appointment.
3. Is there a deposit?
Yes — we require a $100 deposit to book. You may reschedule up to 9 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made after that will forfeit the deposit.
4. Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — all of our cleaning products are eco-friendly and tools are included.
5. What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
You can reschedule through your confirmation email or contact us directly. Just make sure to do so at least 9 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
